Rolling Locks and Dome Light Delay

Bought a 2001 Dodge Ram and I'm trying to activate the Rolling lock Feature and Dome Light Delay. Truck did not come with an owner's manual and I cannot find information on this online.

Pretty sure you ahve to have the dealer set that. I had mine disconnected by the dealer when I picked it up.

I've seen the manual of another 2001 truck that had instructions on how to activate/deactivate both features yourself. I've tried a Rolling Lock sequence I found on this website in a forum and it didn't work for this truck.

correct....

here is the procedure to deactivate:

Disabling rolling locks:

1.Close all doors
2.Place the key in the ignition and cycle the key from the OFF position to ON four times ending in the ON position,do not start the truck.
3.Press the driver's side power door lock switch to the LOCK the doors within 30 seconds.
4.You will hear a single chime. Roll lock deactivated.
5.Follow the same steps to activate again.

Although I dont know why youd want to activate that annoying feature.

I tried this on my 94, but either I did it wrong, or I need a different way to deactivate this feature on my truck. Does anyone know if there is a different sequence for a 94?
