Rear window removal?

Not sure if this is the correct place for this but does anyone know an easy way to remove the rear window out of a 94-01 Dodge ram? They are glued in and I need to know the easiest way to remove them. I found a ton in the local junkyard just need an easy way to get them out. I'm pulling my sleeper out and need to get a rear window for it.

i install auto glass for a living and have alot of tool's to remove them.i can tell you it is extremely hard to get a slider out of a 2nd or 3rd gen ram with out breaking it.the problem is that they don't give you room to get at the urethane to cut it.sorry but you'll need to buy it new.you might get lucky and find one that wasn't installed correct(replacment prepped wrong).good luck

a solid back glass is easier to pull out,but very rare.most trucks have the slider in the back.my company uses factory safegaurd back window's on the ram and i don't think it's that much installed.dodge ram and dakota are the hardest trucks out there to install a slider in,maybe they don't want to do the job.
