Really dumb newbie question

I just bought a 2000 QC CTD 4x4 2500 LB. How can I tell if it is lifted above stock?
It has an (approx) 1-1/2" saddle block on top of the rear axle. On top of that is a (approx) 4" block with a "stirrup" welded to the side of it. There is a rubber snubber on the body that the stirrup is aimed at.

Sounds stock. My truck is stock suspension and it seems pretty tall, Lots of people think its lifted.
