power window question

Is it possible to wire an automatic window switch like for the drivers window for the passenger side?

not 100% certain but i would say no. I believe the switches are molded. But that is a great idea

i think you misunderstood him. he wants to wire the pass. window so you can click the switch to its full range and release it and still have the window roll down all the way . . .

It has been done, the process is (or at least was) posted on here at one time. Your going to have to do a search on it, it should pop up.

If I remember right, it is done using a relay and a little creative wiring.

Sorry I can't give you more info!

Jeff

Ohhhh... My mistake...... DEI has a window control module that you can hook up to control your windows with and aftermarket alarm or remote start. When wired to an alarm or something it will roll the windows up on lock and if you have enough extra channels on your remote you can vent them or roll them down. It also gives the ability to 1-touch windows. You could wire one of these in and not hook it to an alarm and just use that function. The only downside is that they are not cheap.... If i remember right about $100 just for the unit.....
