hi, am doing my rear drum brakes and I need to reattach the parking brake cable. My problem is it needs to go thru a long spring sheath before attaching, the spring is about three inchs longer than the cable right now. Any tips out there on how to do this? Much appreciated.

 

Loosen adjuster on cable should get you going.
