Any suggestions as to the best place to get a set of 1999 stock OEM center caps, that will be prepaired to ship abroard and won't bust the bank???

 

Believe it or not but I bought a set of OEM that were like brand new for my 1994 off ebay. Someone had put on a new set of rims and didn't want them.........$20 for the set.

 

Iv'e trawled e-bay with no luck but i'll keep looking, you never know someone here might know if a set for sale. They are impossible to find here..

 

Are the 1999 center caps similair if not identical to the 2002 caps?

keep searching ebay, A shop that did the brakes on my 2000 busted 2 of those caps. Turned out to be about 90 bucks a piece from the dealer

 

I got an almost brand new one for $10.00 on E-Bay, definitely worth waiting for some to come up.

 

I ended up with 2 sets both off of Ebay. I kept the best 4 and the rest went back on Ebay. Made $50 on the deal. Do a search on all of Ebay, not just Ebay Motors. One set I bought was listed in the wrong category. Got them for cheap.

 

I believe j.c. whitney has look alikes for cheap

If anyone wants to buy them - $500 for the lot - including lug nuts - you pay shipping.
Oh yea.. they have 4 used BFG A/T KO's on them with maybe 10 to 15k miles left....

But not for this 1 cap .. I'll give it to ya as a freebie ..

 

I see you are in Shrewsbury, my wife and I were in Pewsey, at the north end of the Salisbury plain, 7 miles north of Stone Henge, for a couple of years while I was with Lockheed aircraft Co. Must be a real adventure driving that thing on the old Roman roads over there. I had a little Dodge Shadow while we were there and the folks there thought it was big! Kind of like allways being on jeep trails!

 

Try Hubcap World in Portland, OR. I bought some there several months ago, they were $20 USD a piece. If they don't ship let me know and maybe I can pick them up and send them to you.
