OD wont turn off or on Switch?!?

OD wont turn off or on Switch?!?
My button for OD off or on wont do anything.
Is it just replace the button.
I popped it out and sprayed some electric cleaner and some WD 40 and nothing.
I need that **** button to work for towing in town!!
Can anyone tell me what to do.

Button provides a ground signal as A input for PCM to control OD and Lockup soleniods. Dealer scan tools is easiest way to evulate. Otherwise a FSM and working knowledge of wiring necessary.

other than the dealer scan tool what else can I do? I dont want to deal with the screwdealer. They are not good around here.
Also what is the FSM?
Anyone dealt with this before?
I did cycle the key and the OD light on the dash works. Nut the button wont do anything.
