Northern 95 Dodge ?

I'm looking at a 95 2500 4WD that is originally from Maine. I have noticed that along the bottom inside edge of the doors some rust that runs the length of the door, although there don't appear to be much corrosion on the bottom of fenders and anywhere on the bed.I did notice that some engine parts have corrosion such as the starter, power steering pump or vacuum pump (not sure which) and also underneath the hood. What is everyone's opinion on Northern trucks? Are they worth buying? Where else should I look for rust? Do problems exist with the frame or suspension rusting bad enough to be considered not worth repairing or deemed no longer driveable after just 10 yrs?The truck runs good and steering is tight and only has 108K miles on it.
