Found it!! seems the rear window seal has no sealant behind the rubber seal whatsoever. I drove my truck thru our super duper semi truck wash at work and holy cow!! Felt like being in a hurricane with the windows down!!

 

Another trick for finding leaks without getting the interior wet is to tape over the outlet vents located to the rear of the door, turn the fan on high in any position but recirculate, windows up and spray the suspect areas with soapy water. Bubbles will show you the source.
