Talking Move'n on up

I just upgraded to a 97 2500 slt. I get it inspected next week. It recently had brakes and tires. It runs and drives great, anything I should look for in particular as far as potential problems?

Just kill that KDP

that and the track bar are the main problems on these trucks.. Other than that.. enjoy your new ride...

Thanx

I love the lock up torque converter, once it locks, it's hard to go slow.

I don't know if the KDP has been killed or not. I doubt it. I bought it at an estate sale. The previous owner used it to pull a boat around. It has the records in the glove box. Looks like it's had regular oil changes. It also has new hoses, the evporator's been replaced and recently had tires and brakes on all four wheels and synthetic oil put in the rear. I just hope it passes inspection with no suprises.
