Lowering Ride Height

I have a 2000 CTD 3500 DRW 4x4, I would like to lower it about 3-6 inches. Has anyone tried this or are parts available? I not looking for responses about why i would want to lower a 4x4 or its a stupid thing to do or any bs like that, I need it lower I'm not doing it for appearances reasons. I use the truck only for towing and it doesn't see anything but pavement or snow on top of pavement. I would have gone with 2wd but i live in western ny and we get really bad snow in the winter. I was thinking about getting custom shorter coil springs wound and taking the 4 inch factory lift blocks out of the back and sourcing shorter shocks. I would however perfer a whole kit all set to go.

tires

What size tires are you running now? Just put air bags on it and forget about it. Then you have the option to lower or raise your vehichle.

I run a 225-75-16 i won't need to adjust it, it just needs to be about 4 inches lower. Is there a air bag kit or something i could buy i don't know anything about them other than the obvious.
