Looking at a 180k mile 01

This is an immaculate truck. Power everything Super clean. White, 4x4. I think I can get the truck for maybe 17k. What do you guys think? Too many miles (180k).

I wouldn't worry to much about the milage. Price seems alittle high though.
I just got an 01 quadcab longbed 2wd with 162K for $11,988

Paid 14,500 for my 99 quad cab 4x4 shortbed with i think 212,000 miles when i bought it.

Had a few little problems to work out.

id say 14-18 is good if its in nice shape.

My 183K 01 still runs great. Even after lots of hard pulling.

My 01 was 15K but it is 2WD. It had 160K miles on it. However it is 6spd HO and 01.5 (rear disc, 13" clutch) which was a tough find. 4x4 is worth a few thousand. Is it auto or manual? HO or SO? Might want to check the rear axle for disc brakes if you care. Long bed or short bed? SLT I assume?

That sounds high to me.

I paid $9500 for mine with 270k. It will need some brake pads and rotors pretty soon but everything else ok. It's really clean too. Lift pump is heading south though.

270K is... a lot different than 180K, and so is 99 vs. 01. But then again, I would say it depends on the rest of the specs...
