intake heater
I have a 99 dodge i am having a intake heater problems. The light comes on but kicks off quickley. I have checked the relays and changed the manifold temp sensor. but still kicks off within 2 second. It didnt start all of this until i changed the batteries. Any info would be helpful thanks

Great link! You say it started when you changed batteries.....this might sound strange but are you certain you reconnected all the wires to the battery posts?

got it working
I did go back and check my cables just in case. I just unhooked the ground on the batteries and let it set a hour or so. Went back and put them on and it started working. Dont know what happened in the ecm but it started working.
