Instrument Cluster Bulb Replacement Help?

1998(.5) Ram 2500 24V. I pulled the instrument cluster out to replace some bulbs (and hopefully change the color of display). I can’t figure out if the bulbs in the plastic holders (pics attached) have to be replaced entirely or if the bulb can be removed form the plastic holder and replaced. Any help?

Also, do the led’s that are soldered to the circuit board for the warning lights ever need to be replaced? I did the instrument lights test trick and they all lit up fine currently, but was wondering if I should replace them (which would involve cutting and soldering new ones) while the cluster is removed to keep them from burning out in the future?

IIRC those bulbs are sold with the plastic base and are a bit spendy....
