inner fenders????

hey guys, had my fenders off today and had a look around, and looks like I need some inner fenders.

just wondering if these, inner fenders unbolt, as one piece, or if I have to cut/chisel the spot welds off (looks like these inner fenders are two or three pieces)

just wondering, what you guys have done when replacing the inner fenders.

thanks guys.

The inners are spot welded...When I replaced my fenders I grind the spot welds out and just used sheet metal screws to attach the fender to the wheel well...You could mig if you want also...The inner well is one piece..

You gotta drill the spot welds & weld in the new metal. You won't like what you see behind the inner fender. These trucks rust from inside out.

thanks guys, thuought I had to drill out all those spot welds. but was really hoping that i wouldn't have to. lol. Already used to seeing my vechicles rot from the inside-out my whole 1996 vw jetta was like that, it was just the paint holding it together.

Just got thru today cutting my fender out enough so that I would have access to my fuel filter, lift pump fuel heater, and return line
