how to remove ft. marker light?

I bought a "hide away" 4 head strobe kit for my truck for snow plowing.

The rear install looks easy, Whats the fastest way to take out the front corner clear/orange marker lights next to the headlight?

All I see is one screw (phillips) visible from the outside.

If its the one under center thats the one , it may stick alittle , and it pivots out from bottom and r.
