How much does my truck weigh?

What is the weight of my truck empty? (The one in my sig.) I would like to know what category my truck falls under for the DMV. Thanks.

I'd say a little under 7klbs but seems like the truck weights vary so much, before i put my current tires on my truck it was 6600 with me in it and a 1/4 tank, u have a long bed so thats a little more weight than mine, just an idea

You can go to a scale. Up here in WA when the truck scales are closed you can still drive over them and get a reading on the display. Mine read 7891 with 1/2 tank and my tool box and some tools in the bed. Its also got a fiberglass canopy.

I have the exact same truck with 4:10s, and an EZDumper dump bed. They tell me the EZDumper wieghs 800#.

When I go to the scales to get crusher run, the truck and dumper with 220# me on board weighs 7900#. 7900 minus 800 equals 7100. 7100 minus 220 equals 6880. give or take i bet that is what your truck weighs.

My '00 comes in at 6920 lbs (3.46 tons) empty. 9880 lbs (4.94 tons) with the camper loaded on back.....................
