Help! Rear Brake Cylinder Upgrade

Am in the middle of upgrading my brakes and would like to know how to upgrade my rear wheel cylinders on my 01 3500. I have read here about some guys using NAPA's Item#: UP 37337. If this is right then how do i go about it? any adaptors? or does everything remain as stock? and also what are the best shoes I can get? Thanks in advance for you input, you guys are awesome!

unbolt your old ones and bolt the new ones in. Nothing special is needed.

Don't the '01's have rear disc brakes? If you have drum brakes it's very simple, a direct replacement of the original wheel cylinder, all bolts, fittings etc. are the same.
