Help to identify a nylon bolt

I got into a project that was already started and have found a nylon (plastic) bolt. Its a bout a 1/4 x 1. I seem to faintly remember where it might go but can't identify it. Its somwhere in the interior; dash, intstruments, seats, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

I sure can't think of where any nylon or plastic bolts would be unless it be out of a neutral safety switch or brake light switch?

When you figure it out, tell me...very curious now.
