HD Headlight harness trigger

I just finished installing a HD headlight harness (following the DS diagram), but I'm having problems with the low beam, high beam triggers. The problem being the lights are always on!

My stock bulb socket has 3 wires. With the switch 'off', the two outer posts are hot (12.4 volts) and the center is dead. Where have you guys taken your trigger inputs for the relays from? What silly thing am I missing? Are the grounds switched??

Thanks!

After e-mailing Daniel Stern, I've discovered that the wiring diagram that's referenced on his sight is not truly accurate for the Ram. The trigger and ground for the relay must come from the factory harness. While that works for my low beams, I now have no high beams. Anyone else have an idea? When I supply both + and - connections directly to the battery they work, but not having luck going through the switch. Any ideas??

I converted to the Sport lights using the DS relay kit.

Problem solved. Low & common wires were switched in the harness. Can't wait to drive at night now!
