Gauge cluster acting strange

I installed an Edge juice with Attitude on my 99 this evening and when I went through the start sequence the gauge cluster started to act very strange. The lights all flash, the needles jump constantly and the volt meter shows no voltage. The overhead consel works fine and the rest of the cab electical works fine. The truck runs fine however I am afraid to drive it very far. While installing the wire that goes to the VP44 I disconnected the connector under the TPS. I also installed a larger fuel line between the filter housing and the VP 44. this required me to move the harness that goes to the VP44. Is this the ECM harness? If I remove the gauge cluster fuse the cluster dies altogether. I also tried the self diagnostics for the cluster. Before it could finish the process the cluster started to flash and it could not complete the test. What the heck is going on?
