I am going to upgrade my fuel system when I relocation my pump down to the tank in two weeks. The only thing I am unsure about is what type of connector do I use at the tank if I upgrade to 1/2' inch lines, or for that matter even if I just when with 3/8"

 

the 3/8 is easy, just slide it over the tank fitting and clamp it.
