fuel gauge quit working

fuel gauge quit working
ok need some help guys today stoped to fill up and put 20 gallons of fuel in got back in the truck and the fuel gauge is stuck on E can this be fixed or do i need a new sending unit if i need a new one where can i get one any help would be great thanks mike

Probabily the sending unit- check the other current thread on the sending unit for how to test and repair/replace.
