Front Fenders ?

Anyone ever had to replace the front fenders on the dodge. I need to put 2 on my 97 and was wondering what all was involved. Thanks

Basiclly just a bunch of bolts if you got used fenders. If you got new ones you have to drill out spot welds and reweld/bolt the inner fenders to the outer.

Have just ordered a new RH front fender for my 98 Club Cab. It's due in a the shippers any day now. Have had a look at it and it does look like a fairly straight forward bolt on job. Should be able to tell you more by this time next week

Thanks for the info. Where did you order the fender from and what did it cost if you don't mind me asking? Let me know how it goes.

I'm in the UK so i have a parts firm over here sourcing it for me but i have seen them advertised in the US from around $120 each although i guess genuine Dodge ones may cost a bit more.
There are some firms on Ebaymotors.com advertising them ready painted in your color ready to bold on.

not too hard you do need a welder or know somebody who has one. be carefull and not go all the way through both inside shell and outer when drilling or its hard to weld.might need a air chizzle.
