front caliper pistons?

Any one know of a source for stainless front caliper brake pistons. I put some reman calipers a little over a year ago. The pistons rusted quite a bit , stick and don't ease up after you let up on the pedal...and had eaten the inner pad from dragging. I noticed a high effort with a c clamp to return the piston before putting new pads. I ended up pulling the rusty pistons, power wire wheeling all the rust off, put a new seal and it went in easy like it should. I have made stainless pistons for my Lotus Elan years ago but would rather buy them if easily available. I've not found them yet on the internet.

First you might want to try replacing the brake hoses.
Very common for the inner wall of the hoses to separate and turn into a one way valve.

good call on the brake lines infidel, had that happen to my old VW diesel, couldn't for the life of me figure out why 2 new calipers kept sticking. I replaced the lines and all was good

The previous owner of my truck has made this crossing at Pismo several times, so needless to say new calipers are in my future as well!

Flush the whole system also. I found this out "after" the fact. Moisture builds up and rust sets in.
