Electrical Problems

All the sudden my power windows stoped working, air bag light came on, heat/AC fan quit working. I did not find any blown fuses. Has anyone ran across this before.

Sounds like an ignition switch problem. They are known for problems. Take the lower cover off the column ( takes like 3 torx screws I think) and pop the cover off and look at the connector for the ign switch. I've even seen some melt the column cover too! First place I'd look if fuses are o.k.

The large connector that attaches to ign switch has a dark spot where one of the pins connects

I would start there! Pretty common on those trucks. Blower takes a lot of juice. I remember a blower relay recall on some of those.......had that done? Even if the recall has been done, the failure is covered for the life of the vehicle. It might be worth a phone call to your local dealer. Ive seen some go bad even after the recall!
