Electrical Problem

I keep blowing 15 amp fuse on my 99 2500. When it blows I lose dash and tail lights. It only blows when the truck is running, when its shut off and I turn lights on it doesn't blow the fuse. I have made some add ons but have checked and don't see any bare wires. Any help would be appreciated..thanks
