DSS Confussion!

I know many of you have gotten the Steering Stabilizer, so I am asking for your help. I've priced the DSS at several sites (KLM, PDRdiesel, etc) and they all seem to be selling for around 209. I then stumbled across PCS Motor Sports which have it going for 129.95 with shipping only 2.50 more then the others.
Does anyone know why the drastic price difference, or if there is any difference in their item compared to others? Is there anything that I should be concerned about, or is it the same item?
Anyone have any opinion or cautions to give? Appreciate you input before bitting the bullet.

My friend bought the DSS. I bought the PSC and saved a bunch. They both do the same thing and go on easy. I was in your boat at one time and took a chance and came out on top I would say. They are both strong and durable and most important greasable. PSC makes great parts.
Hope this helps.
Try Offroad Center for PSC stuff also. Call and get a shipped price. I paid 135 shipped!

The PSC one works just fine. I don't know the reason for the major price difference but I am very happy with it.

I put the PSC one on the other night. With a 3rd gen track bar, rock solid steering bushing, lukes links, new bushings in the sway bar and links, I am a set of control arms from having my front end like I want it.

Thanks for all the input. I feel much better now about going with PCS. I'll drop that order tonight.

The difference is that DSS invented it - I believe the rest are knock-offs of the original.

The one from PSC motorsports is good quality and works great. They will even put one on eBay for you if you want to pay with PayPal, just call and ask.

I got one from PSC as well. Fit perfect with no hassle and good quality. I think the first ones they made had some fitment issues with the bearing but apparently they fixed that now.

It's a DSS steering stabilizer. It's a bar that holds the frame from flexing and the steering box tight. Prolongs the life of the steering box and helps tighten up any "looseness" you may feel in your steering wheel.

I just went with the DSS because at the time not may people had the PSC unit and I didnt want to chance it. It seems like theres plenty of feedback on the PSC now so it's probably the way to go. I'm super happy with the DSS unit and its VERY heavy duty which I like. I'm an over-designer when it comes to fabricating things and the DSS unit made me happy.

Sorry, I got my PSC mixed up with my PCS. Fingers don't know what brain is telling them. As xtoyz17 said, it's PSC Motor Sports.
