Doors??

Will the doors off a 2001 Ram 3500 fit a 2002 Ram 3500?

There aren't any differences I can think of.

As far as my research has taken me, the 2nd gen doors are the same, quad cab to quad cab, regular cab to regular cab, but a regular cab door will NOT work on a quad cab.
Also, do you happen to have a spare drivers side for a quad cab...i'm in desperate need of one.

Only reason I asked is that I have a bad passenger door on my 02 QC 3500 and tow mirrors are not offered or available for the 02 but are for the 01, so I was thinking of changing both doors to the 01 tow mirror doors from a junk yard.

That doesn't make any sense, though. 01 and 02 are the same, so a set of mirrors that fit one should fit the other. Remember that the 1500s changed in 02, so sometimes part listings don't reflect that difference between 1500s and heavy duties.

I can't find ANY tow mirrors for the 02 Ram 3500, I find them for the 1500 and 2500 but not the 3500.

But that doesn't make any sense, either. There's no difference between a 2500 and a 3500 that would have anything to do with mirrors. Springs, maybe rear end, more tires, that's about it, can't see what any of those would have to do with mirrors.

What mirrors are you looking at? Muth?

Just found aftermarket mirrors, 1 set says fits 2002 old body style, 1 set says fits 2002 new body style, is the new body style they are talking about the 2003?? If so, why not say 2003?

Because of the 1500s going to the new body style in 02.
