Angry Door Panel

Hi all,

I hope maybe some one can help me. I have a short in the passenger side speaker. I was wondring if any one else has this problem?

The other thing I would like to know is how to get the door panel off with out breaking any clips or doing damage to the panel.

If some one has pictures or a diagram or some thing that would be a great help.

Thank you

There is a special forked tool for removing those clips that wooks pretty good. you can get one at most automotive stores fairly cheap (under $10 ) The clips run down the sides and along the bottom with tabs along the top. If I remember right there is a couple of screws at the arm rest, one at the top by the pillar and the inner handle (torx) to remove also. Once those are out remove the clips allong the botom and sides, pull the panel out from the bottom slightly and lift off the tabs. Carefull of the wiring for the pw/pl. Not sure if thats the right way but I have had mine off three times now upgrading speakers and im still using all the original clips. Give it a shot its no that bad with the little tool. hope that helps
