Dome and Map Lights

I was wondering if there was a way to keep the doors open and play the radio but have the lights off in the cab. I have a 94 Dodge Ram 2500 and was wonderin if this was possible.

Or, do it the "high tech" way and connect a time delay relay to the wires from the door switch!

Or you could take the switches out of the door and disconnect them.

I have always used a role of electrical tape but it is a pain since any movement of the truck will cause the tape to fall out.
