Different Front End Noises

I have had had problems with noises in the front end of my truck for like over a year now. I have replaced all tie rod ends, idler arm, pitman arm, ball joints twice and upper control arm bushings on the passenger side since I thought that was the main source of the noise. Well the main noise is when I back up and turn the wheel and stop real quick, I hear a loud popping noise on the passenger side and I can feel it. When driving I hear a slight noise from the front end and they are louder when I hit bumps and also sometimes I hear louder noises from the driver's side too. I have a friend say its probably the bushing but I'm afraid to change them because we had a hard time just changing that one. Does anyone have any advice on how to change them or what they think could be the problem too.
