Death wobble

Ive seen this discussion on here before, but i cant seem to find it. Anyways, I have a 97 I just replaced all the brakes, tirods, drag link and all but now im getting the "death wobble" almost wrecked today because of it! It doesnt do it all the time, just everynow an then. I thought it might be a warped rotor, but it would do it all the time that way wouldnt it? any advice where to look?

I would look into a dss stabilizer. Get new shocks and a steering stabilizer shock.

I have a new steering stabilizer shock, got it when i replaced everything up front, i guess i could get new shocks. I was trying to figure things out, my left front brake engauges a little bit before the right one, so i wa thinking my master cylinder needs to be replaced. I have new rotors, calipers, pads and brake lines. With this being said maybe the bushings or whatever else on the front end are worn out and when i brake it causes the wobble. Does this sound like a possibility?

From my experience anything loose in the front end, especially with control arm parts and ball joints, can cause DW. If the parts are not worn out, have the caster alignment checked out by a good alignment shop.

With over 400k miles the only thing I did to solve my DW problem is replace the trackbar, it was a Moog. All other stuff up front is original.

Track bar is a prime suspect. With the truck parked, wiggle the steering wheel. If the wheels stay put and the body rocks back and forth, you have a track bar problem.
I got the death wobble and started looking for loose joints. The ball joint on the inner end of the left tie rod was bad, so I replaced the tie rod. That didn't get rid of the death wobble, so I tried the parked steering wiggle test. The body rocks like a hobby horse while the wheels stay put, so I took the track bar out and sure enough the ball joint is toast. Waiting for the new one to get here.
