dana 60 front axle issues, what do i do?

Ok here is the scenario:
I bought a 2002 frankenstein truck. I knew alot of stuff has been swapped out... but today... when i started my front end project, i found out the front end wasnt original...(i was planning on ball joints, u joints, seals, bearing, etc)
The u joints were obviously wrong...
I pulled the Dana BOM #s, off the dana axle in it (610518-2) and it came up "CHRY Model 60 FRONT 1995 - 1996 W2500 HD"

This is a 2002, qc, lb, 4x4 truck.

Does this change alot of other things? track bar? brake options? sway bar? *** do i do now?

The brakes and ball joints are the most obvious difference. The 02 would have dual piston calipers, and rotors that slide off (assuming it is a 2500), and also caliper mounting brackets that bolt to the knuckle. The 95 would have single piston calipers, and rotors that are mounted behind the hub. The 95's calipers bolt directly to the knuckle.

Ball joints on an 02 are pressed into the axle housing's end-yokes, while the 95's ball joints are pressed into the knuckle.

Hope this helps. I know it's probably not too clear to read.

Helps alot, I'll identify the year it is, and just order the right ball joints for that year, what a pain...
How much do the Dana 60's vary in these trucks from year to year?

I don't think there was any change from 94 right through until the 2000 model, when they changed the brakes and ball joints, then again around mid 2002, I think, when they deleted the front axle disconnect.

Single piston caliper
Rotors in front of hub
Caliper bolts to knuckle

Around 98 they changed the swaybar endlinks, just an FYI.

I'm kinda in the same boat, 98.5 truck with a 95 axle under it, 95 axle was all I could find at the time. When I got parts for the truck last time they looked me weird when I want part for a 98 truck ,but a 95 axle.
