CRAZY eleectrical problems!

Ive been sneaking around with a multimeter and the factory service manual wiring diagrams and cant figure this ish out!

Symptoms: No blower motor, no speedo (rest of the instruments r fine), no window up/down, and NO START. Thats it.

What I have checked. No blown fuses, can't find any loose grounds, it starts when i jump the starter across itself.

What the heck!

Check the 140 amp fuse under the hood in fuse box. Its the very first one from wire coming from battery, thinks its green. It might just be for alternator but I think it takes place of fusable link as used on older vehicles.
