Lightbulb clutch pedal

On my 1994 I realized that the brake and clutch pedal are a little bit loose. Is it too hard to change out the bushings in those pedals? Does it help much? I've currently got the dash off of the truck but was hoping to get it put back together today, nows the time to do it if I do.

the bushings are reasonably easy to change out. they are little plastic pieces of junk.

I ended up machining some bushings out of brass, and putting them in place of the plastic ones, also made the cross shaft greaseable. Yes, I had too much time on my hands one afternoon. That said, I haven't had to have much time on my hands since. Worked great.
