Had a blow out on the L front going to the house, but when I tried to get the spare carriage to drop using the rod system given for the 2002 3500's it just won't work. It has worked on 3 other occasions but not now. Anyone ever have this issue? I worked on it this morning, back out the large cotter and sprayed WD40 all around but didn't do much. Doesn't feel as if the spline is engaging the cable but it is. Any insight? Doc
