Does anyone have any detailed pics of the factory vacuum hose routing for a 95?

Just got the truck back together after a frame swap and I'm not sure where some of the vac lines go.

There is a round vacuum module just behind the fuse box in the engine compartment, driver side. It has a nipple coming out of the top and I don't know where it hooks in at.

Also, just behind that module there is a hose coming out of the cab on the driver side.....where does it hook in to?
