will a in cab wiring harness from a 94 cummins base model work in a 96 with power everything slt laramie

 

There isn't a cab "harness". There are several harnesses inside of the cab.
The largest one (main dash harness) might be the same, but, that would be pure luck.
The smaller harnesses that lead away would definately be different.
