A/C question

A/C question
My A/C works fine when driving 30mph. Get on the highway (at speed) and the A/C starts blowing warm air. Let off and slow down, A/C works fine again. Someone said to replace the high pressure switch. That did nothing to help. Could it be the low press. switch? or something else?
