a/c problem

a/c problem
In my truck when you operate the a/c at any level 1,2,3,4 the windshield gets frosted up and at level 4 all cold air goes out on the windshield.
What could cause that and what are the solutions?
I wouls have asked my dealer on the last visit but i only get work done there when i have no choice.
