Maybe the brake fluid is low.

It could also be your vaccum pump wearing out. I have symptoms like you describe in cold weather only. Turn on the cruise control and the light comes on, climbing a grade with the cruise on it will come on again while it increases throttle to maintain speed. Adjust the dash control, where the air is comming out, and it will come on again.
The common link in all these items is each requires vaccum to function. So I check out the pump under the hood and it has engine oil all over it, the seal inside it is leaking. I'm going to replace the seal soon and see if that fixes my problem. A rebuild kit for the pump, or a reman pump can be bought from

Both of mine have done it since new, it's because the vacuum pump can't keep up at idle and probably the main reason Dodge switched to a hydro-boost system.
Dealer solution is a $100 plus vacuum reservoir tank, you can make or buy your own for under $20. Either that or just be aware of it and rev up if you need easier braking when idling around.

Before you spend any $$, try checking the vacuum lines, especially under the driver side battery box. You may have the beginning of a leak, replacing the line will cure that if it is the problem.
