Big PITA plug

Its in the 90's here and when it was time to drive home the Air Bag light and the ABS light were on...no big deal...I'm tired and driving home. I turn the A/C on...does not work...oh well I'll just put down the windows...NOPE! $cre* it I'm going home! an hour later I'm there....wet and MAD! All concerned fuses are good...then I wiggle the big 80+ wire plug, right above the parking brake pedal, and all comes back to life!

Anybody ever had trouble with that plug? I had to by-pass it a while back with a jumper due to the oil pressure gauge not working. It just looks like something better left alone.

The truck is a 1995 2wd dually.

Input please.

Michael
