I am not versed enough to know what the 'best' fog lights are but I have been running Hella's for 8 years and they do very well at lighting the road. Installation instructions are easy to follow also.

i was advised by daniel stern a long time ago to go with bosch lights (and stay away from PIAA). i took his advice and ordered two sets of bosch compact 100 lights. one pair of fog, one pair of driving.

i ordered them from: http://boschlightsandmore.com/produc...ing_lights.htm

ordering them thru the above link - they send them out with 100w bulbs as oppsed to the standard 55w bulbs.

i just recently installed all four lights about a month ago and have yet to drive in any real inclement weather. but they sure put out a lot of light! oh yeah - i ordered clear driving and amber fogs.

one of the best sources for lighting info on the net: http://www.danielsternlighting.com/

Why didn't the 95's come with the factory fog lights instead of 2 ulgy holes. I tried to get them from the stealers but no can do and have tried to find some after market to fit but haven't so far.

I don't have a automatic. I wish I did but with pulling the weight I do it may not be a good Idea. The wiring harness is there but I findly give up on them.

gave up on what. what year is your truck. www.lmctruck.com have oem lights. www.rockauto.com does as well. if the harness is there. you can use many aftermarket sources for lights. not to hard to do.

I gave up on finding some lights. My truck is a 95. I notice you are in Oregan. We were up that way last year on vacation. Came down Hwy. 5 out of WA and hit 1 in CA. May go to AK next year and come back down the Cariboo Hwy. back into WA again don't known yet.
