Bed

Due to a accident I need to replace the bed on my 99 2500. Will a bed from a 1500 be the same bolts, size, and be a match? If the insurance company does not see this my way I will be paying and need to do this cheap. Also will need a rear bumper, can I get this off a 1500 also? There seem to be more of them in the junk yards then ours...

I've got a bumper off a 1500 on my 2500 and it bolted right on. Just be sure to save the siamese bolts (a plate holds them together) as while regular bolts will work, the siamese bolts make installation easier, especially if you;re working by yourself. As for the bed, 1/2, 3/4 and SRW 1 tons use the same bed.
