Anyone running KYB Monomax with leveling blocks?

Anyone running KYB Monomax with leveling blocks?
I would like to try the KYB Monomax front shocks but I have 2" leveling blocks up front. Is anyone running this set up and if so can you let me know what part# for the KYB you are using? There is no info on extended length, etc. on KYB's website. I have only found that p/n 565017 or 565018 may work?
