Answer to my ABS light problem

I had a buddy with a computer check my truck out today. The computer came back with Code 78-which is partial brake failure. That is exactly what it said on the screen. I have no idea what is going on. I changed the brake cylinders from 27mm(stock) to the 30mm ones. Every since I changed them the light has been coming on. Could there be air in line?or.........I just don't know I mean my buddy said maybe the caliper pistons. But ever since I changed the wheel cylinders heck the truck stops like it has 4 wheel discs. I have no clue! Any help would be greatly appreciated or advice. Thanks a million

I had read some post on here and they said mostly that it was the rear ABS sensor on the differential also. I have changed it and still the lights are on. The code that comes back said exactly-- Code 78/Partial Brake Failure? So I just can't figure it out. Thanks Dude.
