aftermarket radio
aftermarket radio
so have a fairly new pioneer cd player. yesterday went to start my truck the other day and and it blinked once and wont come back on... the fuse in the fuse panel is good, the one on the back of the radio is good too, all my dome lights and mirrors are still workin so i dont think its the iod fuse...any suggestions?
The fuse at the back of the radio may be good but do you have 12v there? If you do have power going into the radio then try grounding the radio. Many after market installs ground through the antenna because it's quick. The antenna ground rusts and you lose your connection.
Test your constant 12v as well as the ignition 12v at the harness on the back of the radio with a voltmeter. If you have power at both of those wires and your ground is good, something is wrong with your radio.
