Adding an additional fuel filter

I want to add an additional fuel filter to my 1997 mainly so that I can see through it (clear one) and since I use 100% biodiesel I want to be able to quickly and easily replace the 2nd filter in a few minutes rather than have downtime and cost of replacing the main filter. Where would a good place be to install it? Under the truck seems reasonable since it's so high I could lie down look at the filter make sure it's not clogged and swap it out in just a few minutes. What size would I need? Fram has a nice clear one that would probably work but not sure if they flow enough or what.

Suggestions?

I mounted a filter housing on the fram rail setup directly next to the xfer case above the cross member. When all installed the bottom of the filter is just above the cross member so nothing can damage it.

I mounted a water/fuel seperator and then a fuel filter using cummins filters heads and balwin filters. I went to the hardware store and got some 3/8" and 1/2" barbed fittings. And then use 3/8 line to the filters from the tank. Then 1/2 to the injection pump.

You can go to summitracing.com and look at 3/8 inline filters but i would think they would clog way to easy with biodiesel. There around 4-5 dollars a piece. I can get two baldwin filters for 10 bucks and there massive. About 8" long on the fuel filter and 6" long on the fuel filter.
