The best way to find out a price would be to drive down to a few body shops and talk to them and get a rough estamite from each of them. Size of your truck will partially determine price, quad cab long box will cost a fair bit more then a regular cab becouse more labour, time, and materials will be used. Also if your truck requires much body work or rust repairs that will also increase the price. Black shows imperfections in the body work alot more then a color will. So you will want the bodywork to be done very well. If you are changing colors that adds alot of work to a paint job, there are many extra area's that need to be painted if changing color. Also depending on what kind of paint is used will affect the price. Base clear will cost more then acrylic enamel but will hold up over time alot better.

Mopar is right....I painted my truck two tone base clear. The cost also depends also if you want peril in the paint.Peril could get costly. Also clear coat. There are cheap and expensive clears and with the clear coat you will get what you pay.My regular cab dually costed, just for base and clear paint about $900.But also be noted that part of the two tone is red.And red is way more money than black.
